LOTS OF GOOD RASPBERRIES

There are plenty of good raspberries.  Come get them today – Tuesday looks like rain.

Cherries are picked out.

VERY GOOD PICKING SATURDAY JULY 14

Following our new schedule we will be open at 9:00  tomorrow Saturday July 14 and Sunday July 15.   Picking  will be very good at the start of the weekend as more berries have ripened.

Picking will start tomorrow also for tart cherries – between the birds and the dry weather, the crop is small, so best to come this weekend if you can.

Berry season always winds up in late July, so don’t wait too long.

UPDATE FOR THURSDAY JULY 12

Picking will be good tomorrow morning (July 12) and will probably be moderate later in the day as more people pick.  Following our new schedule, we will be closed Friday and back open Saturday.

Cherries will start Saturday – relatively small crop, so between the Cedar Waxwings and the customers, they will not be available too long.

Help us get the crop picked.

FUTURE PICKING SCHEDULE

We will be open as planned tomorrow Tuesday July 10.  We saw a lot of good folks on Sunday.  Still early in the season so picking conditions are moderate.

To help customers plan (and ourselves as well), we are going to a standard weekly picking schedule to be open 9:00 to 5:30 Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday if berry supply permits.  This will be our default schedule – if weather or berry supply requires a change, we will do so.

I will continue to post frequently with picking conditions – as always best picking is early in the day.

Look forward to seeing you

RASPBERRY PICKING WILL START SUNDAY JULY 8

The hot weather has helped ripen  the raspberries, so we will open Sunday July 8 – at 9:00 AM.  As always, picking will be best early in the day.

More ripe berries in the lower field than in the upper field.  Plan is to be open Sunday, closed Monday and back open Tuesday July 10.  Open days for the rest of the week will depend on how many customers come and how fast more berries ripen.

Come help us start the season.
